We don't assume trust; we earn it by continuously providing our partners with exceptional results. In 2004, I sold the technology company I founded and was contemplating the next phase of my career. I had worked in technology for 20 years, but I come from a family of real estate entrepreneurs, and it has always been my passion. I decided I wanted to make real estate investing more than just a hobby; I wanted to make it my focus.

Utilizing this same investment approach, we were able to anticipate the recession in 2006 and stepped back from major acquisition while successfully maintaining and growing the assets we had. Windmill Investments now has a portfolio of almost $150,000,000 and in the last 5 years, every asset we have purchased has outperformed.

Julien developed his passion for real estate at the early age while working at Atelier94, a Swiss Architecture firm, where he learned the fundamentals of real estate.
In 2012, he worked for one of the most sustainable real estate development projects in France, Residence Strada Agosta, as a real estate agent and marketing manager.
