Terry is backed by over thirty years of commercial property management experience and specialization in private acquisition, development and investment real estate. As a native Oregonian, he is driven daily by the commitment to better the communities in which he was raised, lives and works. Terry lives in Salem with his wife, Teresa, of nearly 30 years and enjoys weekends on the Oregon Coast, watching soccer games with friends and spending time with his grown children.

Shelly's market experience and knowledge coupled with her knack for problem solving provide structure and cohesion to the HRE team. Her extensive customer service background lends to coordinating the listing and transaction process, along with excellence in compliance and contract review. Shelly's attention to detail translates well into research of property records, rent and sales comparables and related market data.

She is a lifelong Oregonian and is often found surrounded by her nieces and nephews or playing games, crocheting and traveling.
