Commercial Appraisal Services, LLC was founded by Tom Stotenbur, MAI (Certified General Appraiser - State of Michigan) for the sole purpose of offering clients professional consulting and appraisal reports at very competitive rates. Our focus is on customer service, on-time delivery of every assignment, and being available to discuss possible assignments or answer any questions.

We are located just north of downtown Grand Rapids at 1345 Monroe Avenue, NW #332.
Our location provides us with the luxury of servicing markets within a one hour drive time such as: Lansing, Kalamazoo, Holland, Muskegon, and all points in-between.
We do service all areas of Michigan; however, the majority of our work is within an hour of Grand Rapids.
