Krenz Real Estate & Auctioneering, Inc. was founded in 1946 by my father, Ferdinand Krenz in the community of Sleepy Eye, Minnesota. Krenz Real Estate was founded on trust, honesty and integrity. Ferd believed in listening to his customers and treating them like family. He said, "everyone has a story, if they want to tell it, let it be shared". My father
