How much do your property management services cost?
Monthly fees start at 7% of gross rent for 1-4 units, with a $150 setup fee and $250 leasing fee per unit.

We serve Bakersfield, Arvin, Wasco, Shafter, Tehachapi, Oildale, Taft, and surrounding Kern County areas.
How do tenants apply for rentals?
Tenants must meet income requirements (2.5x rent), rental history, and financial standing criteria. Applications are submitted online.
Do you offer 24/7 emergency maintenance?
Our in-house maintenance team is available 7 days a week but does not provide 24-hour emergency services.
How are rent payments handled?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month via auto-payment through the tenant portal, with a 6-day grace period.
