In 2017 Sean Payne and Nieves DeMartini decided to formally create The Payne Real Estate Team (#HousesOfPayne) bringing nearly 30 years of Real Estate sales experience in Petaluma Ca. Whether it be a luxury home, a 300-acre ranch, a classic Victorian, a modern marvel, or an entry-level home, Real Estate can move at an uncomfortable pace, requiring expertise in order to successfully navigate.
