Stephen is a 4th generation real estate professional with nine family members actively involved in the industry in various capacities. As a Sonoma County native he takes pride in being knowledgeable on the local real estate market, as well as what's happening around town. In 2019 Stephen furthered his commitment to his clients and to his profession by obtaining his Broker's License. I cannot recommend Stephen enough. What is a Comparative Market Analysis?
A comparative market analysis is an examination of the prices at which similar properties in the same area recently sold.
Real estate agents perform a comparative market analysis for their clients to help them determine a price to list when selling a home or a price to offer when buying a home.
Since no two properties are identical, agents make adjustments for the differences between the sold properties and the one that is about to be purchased or listed to determine a fair offer or sale price.
Born and raised in Sonoma County, Stephen attended Casa Grande High School before going on to study at Santa Rosa Junior College, The University of Arizona, and Oral Roberts University, before obtaining his Bachelor of Arts degree from Newman University.
He played Division 1 baseball followed by six seasons of minor league ball.
Stephen worked in the wine and spirits industry prior to becoming a real estate agent.

Napa County had another banner quarter with the median sale price setting a new record of $888,000; a staggering 30.6 percent increase from last year!
As we continue through the summer, the current outpace of demand versus supply has also pushed sales numbers up significantly.
This spike is to be expected when comparing to last year as many properties were pulled off the market during the early stages of the pandemic; however, the number of properties sold during Q2 2021 is actually higher than the past 9 years of recorded Q2 data at 395 across the county.
