I started this business just out of pure need. As a licensed real estate agent I was a bit embarrassed at the pictures I took for some of my sellers properties when I first started listing properties in 2015, Like many agents, I took pictures of my first couple of listings with my phone! One of my buyer clients mentioned to me that they assumed there was something wrong with a house for sale if the pictures of the house they saw online were poor quality.
At that point I knew that excellent hi-res quality real estate photos were a necessity to help sell a home. As an agent, I knew I needed great pictures to grab enough attention of buyers online so they could schedule a showing. The more foot traffic I could get through my sellers properties, the more of a chance we would get a great offer on it. After a few years of research and hard work I started my real estate photography business and help serve real estate agents all over the Hudson Valley sell their listings.
I use HDR processing as well as ambient/flash techniques to create the perfect pictures.
