Regina's real estate experience has spanned the years to include working at Baldwin Brothers Inc., Erie in Sales, Rentals, and Hotel Management, as a real estate agent for Buy Ohio in Columbus, Ohio, and upon returning to Erie in the late 1980s, working for Kay Sauers Realtors.
After earning her Broker's License in 1995, Regina opened the Baldwin Matczak Real Estate office in 1996. A graduate of Iroquois High School, Regina also attended Mercyhurst College and University of Iowa.
Regina is a member of the Erie Chamber of Commerce, Northwestern Pennsylvania Apartment Association, Coin Laundry Association, and has served on the Board of the Greater Erie Board of Realtors - Grievance and Ethics Committee, Junior Chamber of Commerce, Wolf Run Village Lane Condo Association, as well as Books for Kids.
