Affiliated with the California Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS, we leverage statewide and national resources to deliver targeted support. We pioneered the Delta Housing Affordability Fund, offering closing cost assistance to first-time homebuyers, addressing critical housing affordability gaps. Our commitment to education is exemplified by free 45-hour continuing education packages for license renewal, meeting state regulatory requirements.
