Alexandra Beall is a woman of many talents.
This was made abundantly clear when she won the 10th grade badminton championship in her hometown near Syracuse, NY.
Later, armed with a degree from Denison University, she traveled to Paraguay to serve in the Peace Corps as a Beekeeping and Agriculture volunteer for two years.
Once her service ended, she moved to DC to become a Peace Corps recruiter, becoming the Corps' most productive recruiter in the process.
Alexandra met Jeff while on a charity bike ride down the C & O Canal and decided to change more than just bike gears by enrolling in Culinary School at DC Metro Area's own L'Academie de Cuisine and receive high honors in baking and Pastry Arts.
