When purchasing an existing home with AgentChase you will receive a buyer rebate at closing equal to 1% of the purchase price.
When you purchase a home we will provide you with a rebate at closing that comes from the commission we receive on the sale.
This will rebate will go towards your closing costs and prepaids.
