We are excited to be able to offer you training to meet your continuing education needs through a recently-approved virtual classroom format. Taught through an interactive webinar, this platform will allow you to experience the training received in a classroom setting while at home or in your office. The course will include the traditional use of a student handout, raising your hand for questions, participating in polling exercises, engaging in internet field trips, providing feedback and much more.

REALTORS aren't just licensed agents.
They're professional members of the National Association of REALTORS and subscribe to its strict code of ethics.
But once you've completed that process, you'll want to become a REALTOR and make WUAR your local association.
The National Association of REALTORS requires each member to complete a minimum of 2.5 hours of mandatory training on the REALTOR Code of Ethics every three years.
We offer a variety of continuing education courses that have this requirement embedded.
Just look for the language "also meets NAR 2.5 ethics requirement" in the description.
In addition, you can take your mandatory Code of Ethics training online for FREE.
REALTORS are different from non-member licensees in that they voluntarily subscribe to a strict Code of Ethics.
If you believe that a REALTOR has violated one or more Articles of the Code of Ethics, you can file an ethics complaint alleging a violation(s) through the local association of REALTORS where the REALTOR holds membership, or participates in a REALTOR association-owned/operated MLS.
