Alpha Property Management was founded in Greenville, SC, in 2007 when a local builder began placing renters in his growing inventory of new homes. After the housing market collapsed in 2008, the local builder had lost most of the properties. The company was either going to shut down or survive. In 2010 Carlos Tuazon and Jody Barber, who had been managing the properties for the builder, saw an opportunity to purchase the company and the rest is history!
Throughout the years, more local and out-of-state investors who were not happy with their property management companies have started contacting Alpha Property Management and soon after started picking up more business through advertising, word of mouth, and referrals.
