I believe that selling real estate is about more than simply listing your home and hoping for the best. By acting as my own brokerage, selling real estate in Idaho, I have the flexibility to be more creative and aggressive with how I market your property. My clients aren't just clients, they are family and I do whatever it takes to make the home-selling process smooth and stress-free.

As my husband and I were going through a divorce, we were having a problem agreeing on the right realtor to sell our home. With all the realtors in the area, we wanted one that focused on divorce real estate and would look out for both our interests as my (now ex) husband and I started the next chapter of our lives separately. We had bought and sold real estate as a couple before but as we were trying to evaluate agents, none of them felt right.

When we individually sat down with Tazz the first time, we appreciated how she was objective and strived for clear communication through the entire process. We knew she was the only one with a designation that specialized in divorce real estate so she had experience no other realtors had and was evident by how different and detailed her pre-listing questions, research, and plan was.

I moved to Idaho in 2008 on a full ride softball scholarship to play at Boise state.
I fell in love with the city, the quality of life, and most importantly, the people.
Most of my friends would say that I am very honest (to the point of being blunt), charismatic, and observant.
My family would tell you I am loyal, passionate, and sometimes a pain in their ass.
One question I get asked a lot is how I got into Real Estate.
I got my license on a whim while working a comfortable 9-5 job for a Bay Area company.

If there is one thing I can't stand, it is seeing sellers pay Realtors a premium for half ass work.
I truly believe that when you use our brokerage services and employ us as your Realtor, we need to be worth your while and we truly EARN every bit of your business.
The reason I am so adamant about the attention to detail in my clients' experience and the presentation of their home on market, is because I remember when I lost my first listing to a "seasoned" agent.
