Services
MERIDIAN, IDAHO - View Meridian Idaho on Google Maps and you'll see Meridian is smack dab in the center of the Treasure Valley.
Bordered by its neighboring cities of Nampa, Caldwell, Middleton, Eagle, Kuna, and Boise, Meridian is the central location for family fun.
Meridian is just 15 miles west of Boise, the state capital and largest city in Idaho.
It's just 10 miles east of Nampa, the third largest city in Idaho.
And a stone's throw away from the other smaller cities in the Treasure Valley, making it an easy destination to come and go from just about anywhere in the Valley.
EAGLE, IDAHO - The Treasure Valley is home to several fabulous cities that connect one to the other.
But there is one that separates itself from all the others, Eagle, Idaho.
Where most of the suburbs of Boise lie on the flat valley floor, Eagle is nestled up against the foothills.
Some of the other cities water play is what the local parks or sub-divisions offer, where Eagle has the Boise River running through it and Eagle Island State Park to play in.
Add to this the vibrant, quaint downtown, the many community events, and neighborhood spirit.
BOISE, IDAHO - Where wilderness and adventure are only minutes from an energetic downtown with gourmet restaurants, funky local shops, and craft breweries galore.
It's a city where a river runs through it, dirt trails are out your front door and live theater performances are an Uber ride away.
This thriving city is the state capital of Idaho with a population of over 226,570.
Boise is the quintessential city in that it's large enough to have everything you could want or need at your fingertips, yet small enough to still be friendly and easy to navigate.
STAR, IDAHO - Beautiful open spaces, new subdivisions, and equestrian properties dot the Star landscape.
Located between Eagle and Middleton, Star delivers the perfect combination of nearby opulence with rural sensibility.
Some have referred to Star as the next Eagle with plenty of undeveloped land, active agriculture, and rolling hills - it very much is reminiscent of Eagle just a few decades ago.
About 15 years ago, Star was pretty much isolated from the surrounding cities.
If you lived in Star, you lived "out in the country".
MIDDLETON, IDAHO - Middleton is a true Idaho small town.
Only 40-minutes removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown Boise.
If we didn't tell you Boise was so close you might not believe it.
Middleton has a small-town culture where horses and farmland are the norm and getting directions to the best old fashion ice cream shake seems like a natural conversation.
People choose Middleton for its charm and inexpensive property.
Because the cost of land in Middleton is about half of what you find in neighboring cities, buying acreage is affordable.
