Life changes most often create the need or desire to purchase, sell, or exchange real estate. Whether it's marriage, divorce, first baby, or last baby leaving home, a new job, or the same job in a new location. Wanting room to spread your wings or less space to maintain, all of these changes influence a person's choice of home.

Since many people are dealing with real estate issues at the same time they are negotiating life changes both positive and difficult, it's essential to have help from someone who can expertly navigate the process. And at the same time, look out for your interests while being sensitive to your circumstances. Heather believes that the most important aspect of any transaction is the client she represents.

Sustained, detailed commitment while many realtors claim to provide service, Heather delivers it to a level that has delighted many of her clients, even those who have bought and sold numerous properties.

The thing that was the most daunting for me about selling the home was how would I get it to market, based on being retired and have limited income.
Our house had been a wonderful home for three generations for over 25 years.
However, it was too large and required too much maintenance for one person.
The idea of down-sizing was overwhelming to me; the entire house and storeroom were crammed with furniture, papers, books, dishes, etc., including many items of value, both sentimental and actual.
Heather was a life-saver (literally).
She came up with resources and ideas to help me with every aspect of paring down (and there were many!).
She was unfailingly supportive and understood all the difficulties (mental as well as physical) involved in making such a move.
