Marlene has over 20 years' experience in Commercial Property Management, most recently at Colliers International, and previously at Sovereign Realty Development Corp. Her areas of expertise include building operations and lease administration, tenant retention, crisis management, and lease negotiations.

Pater Real Estate has a large selection of many types of rentals suited to your individual needs.
Pater Real Estate requires a security deposit, equal to one month's rent, at the lease signing and the 1st month's rent at move in.
After you have moved into your property, our system allows tenants to pay rent online through a checking or savings account.
We also accept bank checks, money orders, and personal checks.

Our in-house maintenance team can handle small plumbing and electrical repairs, painting and cleaning, and carpentry projects.
Pater Real Estate's maintenance department also manages contractor bids, selection and contracts, job coordination and site supervision for larger projects and renovations as well as routine contracted services.
