I spent my childhood in Orange County, then moved to LA and graduated from USC. My attraction to real estate grew from my desire to build a ground-up business founded on hard work, creativity and the highest standards of professionalism. The diverse and talented team that I have assembled is a reflection of Los Angeles; we love where we live, and want each of our clients to feel the exact same way.

I was born in Chicago and moved to SoCal when I was a kid. I studied theater arts and media at UCLA, worked at an NYC advertising agency, and spent a good number of years pitching screenplays in Hollywood - an outstanding primer for what I do today. I feel fortunate to work alongside my spouse, Tracy Do, and have placed my focus on the marketing and sale of new construction and multi-unit developments.

Originally from Texas, I attended the University of Houston before heading to LA to try something new. I have worked alongside Tracy for many years now, and above all cherish the lasting friendships that I have formed with our clients and colleagues who make this job so fulfilling.
Services
Tracy Do is pleased to present AMIE, a new collection of five homes in Eagle Rock with exquisite design by architect Abbie Chong of Avanova Studio.
Built under LA's innovative Small Lot Ordinance, residences are earth-friendly and structurally independent, with no shared walls.
Unique floor plans provide approximately 1,500 - 2,100 square feet of living space with two or three bedrooms, office/flex space, an attached two-car garage and private outdoor areas, including rooftop decks on the two largest homes.
Using Tracy's team was the best choice.
They are a very professional group.
I highly recommend them in our area as they are experts in that market.
They had the property sold quickly, their photography was excellent and their follow up was on point.
The paper work was smooth.
I wish all my real estate transactions went this smoothly!
Tracy and Elias were the perfect agents for us.
They exuded integrity, class, patience, ease, knowledge, and warmth.
They made a very uncomfortable situation easy and even fun.
Showcasing tranquil Altadena vibes and Spanish-style architecture, this two-bedroom abode greets you with a grassy lawn and plenty of space to design the lifestyle of your dreams.
Inside, the spacious living room is lined with built-ins, the stylish kitchen features recessed lighting, granite countertops, and a granite backsplash, and the flow is seamless to the backyard.
Enjoy a hardscape patio, an adorable treehouse and a finished bonus space that is currently used as a home office.
A detached one-car garage offers further possibilities for creative use, or parking your car.
