Who is Teresa Swann? I am a native Houstonian, a city that I love regardless of our unpredictable weather. I worked in the legal field in the '80s & '90s as a secretary and bookkeeper. In 1998 I began my love of Real Estate and the love of helping families & serving the community. It is rewarding to me when I use my knowledge & experience to help clients buy or sell their homes.

Many of my clients are completely satisfied and welcome the services and appreciate me when I go the extra mile. You would know that I love what I do just by watching me. I have received my e-Pro designation, which means that I can work electronically & utilize today's market techniques on-line and I received my ABR designation, which translates to Accredited Buyer's Representation that means having the ability to be more knowledgeable, professional and provide exceptional services to my clients overall.

I work start to finish; call anytime. Serving Houston and surrounding cities such as Cypress, Tomball, Spring and many other cities of Texas.
Services
I've never been inspired to write a review, but because of my agent's knowledge base and professionalism, I wanted to share with others the wonderful experience I had with her.
She patiently navigated through the many nuances and paperwork and other concerns/issues that arose and kept me abreast throughout the process.
She possesses a wealth of knowledge and information and shared it with me, to include suggestions.
She was very responsive to any inquiries I had.
I felt fortunate to have such a strong person on my side and I felt comfortable during the whole process and was included in conversations, messages and other items throughout.
So you have decided to sell your property.
Before anything else, it is a good idea to sit down and clarify your motivations and draw up a basic time frame for the selling process.
Why do you want to sell your property?
Do you intend to simply find a larger property, or do you plan on moving to another neighborhood, school district, city or state?
You might think your reasons are obvious, but it would do well to consider the implications of each option for your lifestyle, opportunities, and finances.
