REALTORS pledge to abide by a Code of Ethics that goes beyond what's required by law, keeping your interests first and setting high standards for professional behavior.

They fight proposals that would increase the burdens on buying, selling, and owning real estate.
The Waco Association of REALTORS (WAOR) has a few different ways you can be a part of our Association.
The Association that collects your NAR and TR dues, is considered your primary Association.
As a primary member of WAOR, you have the opportunity to serve on committees, vote on Association matters, attend events, etc.
You must have an active Texas real estate license and be sponsored by a broker who is a member of WAOR; or.
Submit an application for membership, and pay the application fee and applicable membership dues.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: You must request a refund for class fees in writing, at least two days prior to the class start date.
If your request for a refund is less than two days prior to the class start date, you will be charged a $10.00 administration fee for CE classes.
The Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) is the regulating body for all licensed Real Estate professionals in the state of Texas.
All courses, materials, and practices at the Waco Association of REALTORS are approved by TREC and WAOR adheres to all educational standards and rules passed down from TREC.
The function of the Waco Association of REALTORS, Inc is to serve the Membership with education, professional competence, public awareness, political involvement and social activities.
The end product is service to the public.
The Waco Association of REALTOR is the trusted voice for Real Estate in the Waco area and a valued resource for our members and community.
Jeannette assists the Board of Directors in implementing a vision to move the organization forward, staff development, Membership Support, as well as managing the day to day operations of the Association.
