Report
Our Teacher in Real Estate, Joel, has expressed the importance of fiduciary responsibilities between the broker and the client (principal) relationship. We, brokers, are taught to develop a relationship with the client in which the client can trust, have confidence, and where the clients can depend on us. I believe that Joel uses the fiduciary responsibilities example through his teaching method to us in class.
For example, care and disclosure are a few of the duties of a fiduciary. Joel helps us with this relevant information by instructing us on the understanding of this material, so when we step out of the classroom, we will step out with confidence, be loyal, have care towards the client's concerns, and act in good faith at all times. He is a great example setter for us in class. Thank you.
