The mission of the Northeast Oklahoma Board of REALTORS is to provide leadership, education, technology and support for members, to promote the REALTORS' image and ethical business practices and to elevate our membership to better serve the consumer, support our communities, and protect private property rights.
Services
We serve approximately 30 primary member offices and another 29 offices that have individual members that have chosen to join as secondary members, totaling over 350 REALTOR members and approximately 25 Affiliate Members and 28 Appraiser Members.
Our REALTORS work in an area with diverse issues which require specialization in GRDA property lines, U.S. Army Corp of Engineer flowage easements, water level issues, dock requirements & licensing, etc. Grand Lake of the Cherokees is approximately 66 miles long, with 44,000 surface acres, and 1,300 miles of shoreline, the most in the state of Oklahoma.
