I am the Sole Proprietor of this business: PCS-7 Commercial Real Estate - established in 1994. I identify as a knight serving a King - as a Knight I am available to enhance my clients position on numerous levels, both protecting and safeguarding - like a chess piece on a board. Initially I worked with Peter in 2016, he was sub-leasing a property for my tenant with 2 years remaining under their lease.

After meeting Peter, we worked successful together to sell my 2 Acre commercial property in central Santa Rosa. I was happy with Peter's efforts and the successful sale. Late in 2019, I was frustrated with a Bay Area realtor that was selling a Gas Station & Market I owned in Redwood Valley. My realtor - was always undercutting my value and was not working for me, but the Buyer.

I fired the realtor when the listing ended. I called Peter and asked if he would consider marketing my property. He accepted the challenge. He put together this super marketing brochure that highlighted the value. Shorty thereafter, his marketing efforts generated 4 to 5 very good prospects, eventually selling the property for full asking price.

My intention was to put together a company that expresses my thoughts and concerns in commercial real estate.
Wanted to use the knight as a symbol of the services I am offering: There are Two meanings; As a chess piece it is unmatched on the playing board, it can gain the upper hand swiftly, safeguarding several positions simultaneously, yet be an aggressor on the attack - on several levels - all at the same time.
Secondly, the knight of medieval times supported superior positions, protected the kingdom and sought out opportunity in doing the Kings bidding.
It's not about just finding a tenant that pays rent.
It's about someone that can perform as they agree to.
Prospective tenants that are established in business, they pay their bills, are responsible, are part of the community, they have respect, and their business is growing.
You need to rely on them for consistency - to perform.
This knight can help take out some of the risk in making those decisions.
Finding a place that meets your objectives: for growth, security, convenience, power, parking, etc. Finding a building that meets your needs.
Finding a property that meets your needs is a challenge for many, whether it is warehousing, retail space, an office or to secure a lot to park your equipment in.
