What do all of those real estate acronyms in the ads mean?
If you find yourself stumbling over weird acronyms in a real estate listing, don't be alarmed.
There is method to the madness of this shorthand (which is mostly adopted by agents trying to fit as much info as possible into a small space).
However, differant parts of the Country have differant names and/or abbreviations.
Here are some abbreviations and the meanings for things you may see here in SW Florida.
Under ac means that area has air conditioning.

How To choose a real estate agent to help buy a property.
Real estate agents say that the more you tell them, the better they can negotiate on your behalf.
I think most agents, sellers and buyers would agree with this statement.
However, if your "gut feeling" says that you should not be totally honest with your agent - why would you want to work with him/her?

No matter what type of "legal obligation" the agent may have, you will need to have some degree of trust with that agent.
