As a second-generation Alaska REALTOR, the buying and selling process was instilled in me for as long as I can remember. I began working in the industry as a high school student and worked my way through the industry learning all of the ins and outs. With extensive training and education I have gained the knowledge and skills needed to ensure my clients always receive the best service.

With that said, I began selling real estate because I fell in love with this industry! I enjoy the unique character of each home, and the wonderful people I get to help transition from one to another. I enjoy people's stories, really getting to know their needs so I can focus on helping them achieve their real estate goals. My business goes beyond the professionalism I can provide, my years of knowledge about the market, or past sales I've made.

Instead, my business makes you the priority. How much can you afford? What motivates your move? What do you have to have to make a transition? You deserve a real estate professional who understands numbers, and all of the other important pieces that make buying or selling a reality for you.
Services
The term virtual means not physically existing as such but made by software to appear to do so.
Video - The only issue with a video is the camera goes by something and you have to rewind.
The other problem is if you want to look up or down, at any point in time, it's not an option.
You must move at the videos pace and in the direction it travels.
Zillow 3D Tour - This is a very interactive tour and provides the ability to go at the viewers pace.
Facebook, Facetime or Live Video - these have a very narrow field of vision.
The Logan Team owns a Matterport camera and provides it as a service to their clients, whether it be for a Buyer or Seller.
This is not a standard virtual tour, in that you can pause the action, look up and down, whenever you choose to view any area of the home.
The only limitations are looking behind furniture that the camera did not access.

Initial Consultation - Sit down and share with your licensee what you're looking for in a home.
Pre-qualification - Most Sellers request a Pre-Qualification Letter to be submitted with an offer.
Searching for Your New Home - Your licensee supplies a list of available homes within your parameters.
Eliminate the ones you do not want to see, and contact your licensee with those you want to view.
They will arrange for viewing.
Then, they will provide a new list, and you continue to search and view until you find the very best home!
Purchasing an Anchorage Alaska home is often one of biggest financial and emotional investment decisions one makes in a lifetime.
This question will reveal more than just years practicing.
