Stacy is such an amazing realtor!
She helped me prepare my house for sale, provided me with all the resources I needed to consider in my very first sale, as well as offered support and answered all my questions.
Stacy and her team are such a pleasant and helpful group and I can't recommend them highly enough.
If you need help selling your home, or buying one, Stacy would be an immensely helpful and wonderful guide.
She sold my house in quite literally 10 minutes (on the market), as she put a great amount of work and effort into prepping my home for sale.
The footprint of Southeast Aurora lies in Arapahoe and Douglas Counties and sits east of Centennial and the Denver Tech Center.
This upscale side of the city boasts countless luxurious home options, a plethora of shopping and dining outlets, and is home to the award-winning Cherry Creek School District 5.
This area has continued to experience exponential growth over the last 15 years, especially since the addition of Southlands Mall in 2005.
Southeast Aurora is considered a commuters' delight offering easy access to Interstate 25, Interstate 225, E-470 tollway, and Interstate 70.
With a reputation for small town hospitality, this charming community has received recognition by numerous national publications as one of the best towns to live, work, dine, shop and play.
Named for the prominent rock formation that overlooks the Town, and roots in mining and railroads, this bustling town offers an updated taste of the Old West.
It boasts a historic downtown area, 6000 acres of open space, 50 developed parks, and 87 miles of trails.
Castle Rock, easily accessible by Interstate 25, is home to the Outlets of Castle Rock (the largest open-air outlet center in the State) and is the seat of Douglas County.
Some might say that Elizabeth is Colorado's Best Kept Secret, and they just might be right!
Are you looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city life?
Seeking wide open spaces, acreage properties and small-town living?
If so, then Elizabeth might be the perfect place for you!
