The more than 8,800 members of PMAR are committed to protecting and promoting homeownership, establishing and maintaining high professional standards of practice, and creating unity in the real estate profession.
Choose this application if you are a reactivating Real Estate Licensee who has been inactive with PMAR 365 days or less.
Choose this application if you are a Realtor member who is adding PMAR in addition to holding membership with another board.
Choose this application if you are a Realtor member who is transferring to PMAR from another board.
Choose this application if you are a returning PMAR Realtor Member that has been inactive for 1-2 years.

Be sure to include the Managing Principal Broker name in the email request.
Changes will be made to your NAR account within 2 business days.

Free two-hour visitor parking is available at the building garage at the entrance on 150 SW Harrison Street only.
Enter the garage from SW Harrison; visitor spaces are clearly marked along the right wall.
If no spaces are available, or if you plan on staying longer than 2 hours, PMAR will validate parking at any City Center garage.
Please ensure an attendant is present in order for us to be able to validate.
NAR's Board of Directors approved a change to the Code of Ethics training requirement, extending it from every two years to every three years.
Realtors are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time.
The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of Realtors.
