Who is a REALTOR?
A real estate agent becomes a REALTOR when the agent joins the local Association as well as the California Association of REALTORS and National Association of REALTORS.
The National Association of REALTORS, The Voice for Real Estate is the world's largest professional association.
How do I become a REALTOR Member?
If you are a licensed Broker or Agent and you intend to join the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), California Association of REALTORS (C.A.R.), and the Bridge Association of REALTORS, you must join all three associations at the same time.
An affiliate member is an insurance broker, a mortgage lender, title company executive, banker, home inspector, stager, pest control, home warranty, construction, plumbing, painting, cleaning, landscaping, or home improvement professional (and many more!) who partners with our REALTOR members to provide top-quality service and a satisfying experience to buyers and sellers.
Apply online or complete the application for affiliate membership, and fax, email, mail or deliver it to the association.
Refer to the affiliate member fees worksheet for membership fees.
Supra has provided key boxes to the real estate industry since 1955, bringing efficiency to real estate professionals and peace of mind to home sellers.
The Supra System makes it easy for showing agents to access properties and for listing agents to track activity at client properties.
The Bridge Association of REALTORS provides two types of Supra electronic keys: the XpressKEY, a proprietary electronic device, and the eKEY, an application that runs on your smartphone.
All the Supra keys include PIN-code security.
Your input, participation, and ideas are needed at the association!
The committees are an integral part of our association's operations and success each year, and all REALTOR and Affiliate members can get involved.
The Climate Action Committee serves as a Bridge AOR resource, educating and facilitating activities in support of energy efficiency and greenhouse gas reduction for a sustainable low-carbon future.
This committee works to develop visibility and increase public awareness of the way in which Bridge AOR members give back to the community.
