There are more than fifty tasks, objectives, and deliverables involved in selling a home!
Our team will manage ALL of those tasks allowing you to focus on your day-to-day obligations.
We begin by connecting with you - ideally in person, and at your home.
We consult with you about your needs: why you are moving; when you are aiming to close on the sale; what you are looking for in a real estate agent.
We listen to you and learn about your situation and your expectations.
Together we will review the competitive market analysis of your home and the neighborhood.
