Vincent has lived in the Western New York area for most of his life. He attended elementary school at Our Lady of Victory in Lackawanna, NY and high school at St. Francis High School in Athol Springs, NY. He went on to receive his BA from the University at Buffalo in Political Science and later earned a Master of Urban Planning degree from UB's School of Architecture and Planning.

He has sold real estate to both first-time homeowners and out of town investors, rented properties to students, doctors, and Section 8 recipients worked in home repair, represented clients in housing court, applied for and won grants utilizing community support, the list goes on. Throughout the year's Vincent has also worked for several government bodies including The City of Buffalo's Administration and Finance, The State of Colorado's Taxation Department, and with the Mayor's Office of The City of Tonawanda.
