Grand Rapids has so much to offer with some of the larger employers being Amway, Steelcase, Meijer and Spectrum Health. We have the infamous Medical Mile which is home of Van Andel Institute, Lacks Cancer Center, Spectrum Health and DeVos Children's Hospital plus many others.

Also we have "Art Prize" the largest art contest around that attracts artists from all over the world to compete for the top prize of $300,000 with total awarded $560,000. I graduated in 1988 from Michigan State University with a finance degree. Since then I have been a dominate force in the Grand Rapids Real Estate market. I am very knowledgeable of what is happening in the housing market, having made Grand Rapids my life long home.

With thousands of real estate agents in the Grand Rapids area, I want you to know what sets me apart from others. A real estate agent who will represent your best interests from the first day to the closing of the transaction.

Pre-Qualification: Meet with a mortgage broker and find out how much you can afford to pay for a home. Pre-Approval: While knowing how much you can afford is the first step, sellers will be much more receptive to potential buyers who have been pre-approved.
