Greg Colley Real Estate
There's a difference between "knowing" and knowing a city. Confidence in your realtor, whether you're buying, selling, or simply curious about the real estate market, comes from having a representative that knows and is experienced working within a specific area. Greg Colley was born and raised in Glendale, which is also his real estate target market.

In 1982 Greg purchased a one-third share in his first Glendale home at the age of 19. He turned $12,000 into $55,000 all while attending college. This early success in real estate inspired Greg to major in real estate and finance and start his career working as a commercial real estate agent in Glendale after graduating.

Greg first obtained his real estate license in 1987 and since then has purchased numerous properties in Glendale, worked for and owned a commercial real estate brokerage company, and worked for 15 years in the real estate title insurance and escrow industry. After living in Glendale for over 50 years, Greg has decided to sell residential real estate in the city.

From historic to hipster, Adams Hill is Glendale's most eclectic neighborhood.
Once labeled Acacia Hills, for its beautiful acacia trees, Adams Hill rests in the winding hills that populate south Glendale and borders the City of Los Angeles.
Driving through the narrow, winding streets of Adams Hill you can feel the quaint appeal of the close-knit community that distinguishes this hillside neighborhood from the rest of Glendale.
Many of the homes located in the Adams Hill neighborhood are character homes built in the early twentieth century and consist of Spanish and Tudor Revival styles mixed with some very nice mid-century modern homes built in the 1950's and early 1960s.
The City Center neighborhood is the central business district of Glendale stretching from its northern border at Glenoaks Boulevard near the Rossmoyne neighborhood to its southern border at Colorado Street near Adams Hill.
This is Glendale's business core consisting of the highest density of retail and office buildings.
