I came into the Real Estate market as it began to crumble into the worst market in history, giving me an experience I call Real Estate "boot camp". I decided to focus on educating myself in order to deliver the best possible service. I have earned the CRS, ABR, SRES, CNHS, RCC, and e-PRO designations, and now my clients benefit from that knowledge.

I have also earned the credentials of Managing Broker in both Washington and Idano. I cannot stress enough the importance of choosing your Realtor wisely.
This is a huge transaction.
For most people buying or selling a home is one of the biggest transactions they will be involved in during their lifetime.
Do some research.
Look for online reviews.
With the internet, a simple Google search should pull up reviews for Realtors.
If you get names from friends, family or coworkers, still do a Google search to read reviews and see what others are saying.
Once you decide you are ready to sell and have chosen your Realtor, the next step to selling your home will be staging and cleaning.
It's like this: you wouldn't go on a first date without taking a shower, would you?
For your market debut, it is the same way!
You want your house looking and smelling her very best for her big date on the market as she is looking for her new owners.
Your Realtor should be able to give you advice on how to maximize your floor plan and really make your space "pop", along with a list of helpful service providers to help make the process less daunting.
How do you create a "Love Connection" between your home and its new prospective owner?
It's all in the details.
You need your Realtor to do a pre-Listing walk-through with you to determine who your likely buyer will be, and to tell you how to ensure that your house will meet criteria needed for that buyer to finance the home.
In the event your buyer isn't able to pay all cash, but rather is depending on a bank for financing, there will be some items a bank will require.
Your Realtor will be aware of what those items are and can help you prepare ahead of time.
