The Commercial Association of REALTORS Wisconsin (CARW) is a membership -based organization comprised of Wisconsin's Commercial Real Estate Leaders.
Nearly 1,000 participate in the CARW exchange listing platform.
Each division of the CARW network offers the association a unique perspective on the development and needs of commercial real estate.
CARW offers 7 membership categories: Brokerage, Economic Development, Dual Broker, REALTOR, Affiliate, Corporate Affiliate, or Student.

CARW is the voice of commercial real estate brokerage and the largest network of commercial real estate industry professionals in the state of Wisconsin.
With more than 850 members and affiliates, CARW represents over 300 individual businesses, including commercial REALTORS, accounting firms, appraisers, architects, attorneys, bankers, builders, contractors, developers, environmental specialists, title insurance companies and other industry related professionals.
CARW hosts more than 25 programs and events ranging in size from 30 to 500 participants.
CARW Next Generation is an initiative focused on helping member firms recruit and retain commercial real estate professionals by giving access to up-and-coming real estate professionals to information and experts.
The 10-month program will provide participants with varying perspectives and insights into the multi-faceted nature of commercial real estate from experienced real estate professionals.
This experience will improve individuals and the industry - for now and in the future.
CARW Next Generation involves two components: the first consists of programming that is exclusive to CARW Members selected through an application process.
ZipForm, an electronic forms program.
All Department of Regulations & Licensing approved real estate forms, WRA-created forms, and select State Bar forms are available on ZipForm.
REALTOR membership includes access to ZipForm.
If you are an existing CARW Member and would like to change your current information, download the change form.
Your change request will normally be processed within 24 business hours of WRA receiving the paperwork.
