Working with David was great, we have used him on several properties. He has the assets you want and is very professional in all aspects of real estate transactions. We all want a timly response to your questions & situations as they develop, he's there. Works with you finding additional services for cleaning, maintenance, inspections, water testing, ect. Like i said you can trust him to get it done. He also has a great photographer who works with him for the best pictures.
