Working with David was great, we have used him on several properties. He has the assets you want and is very professional in all aspects of real estate transactions.
We all want a timly response to your questions & situations as they develop, he's there. Works with you finding additional services for cleaning, maintenance, inspections, water testing, ect. Like i said you can trust him to get it done. He also has a great photographer who works with him for the best pictures.

Our family had a great experience working with David! We closed in April 2021, right when the market was getting crazy. He helped us navigate a difficult housing market with also being realistic and not pressuring us to make any dramatic decisions we might regret such as skipping an inspection or going way over asking. When finding houses to look at he was very prompt in getting everything scheduled. He was also helpful in navigating the closing process and working with the seller
