The Alaska REALTORS is the voice for real estate in Alaska. The successful applicant will be a REALTOR member in good standing, and have a detailed knowledge of the Anchorage market as well as a familiarity with RO zoning.

A. You can earn the GRI designation with online courses from the Alaska REALTORS Licensing & Training Center.
A total of 60 credit hours must be earned, including minimum credit hours in six specific areas.
All courses except e-Pro must be purchased from Alaska REALTORS and all courses must be completed within a five year period.
