Joe and Wylie have been friends since their college days at Virginia Tech.
Wylie is a second-generation Realtor, and has a background in all facets of real estate from raw land, new home construction, and resale of residential and commercial property.
Joe's built new homes, re-marketed foreclosures, and been involved in real estate investing.
Aspenwood Realtors moved to it's current location in historic Fisher Park in 2007, and since then we've grown to a total of 7 dedicated, hard-working agents.
