Below you'll read a little bit about me.

The actual boundaries of Silicon Valley are nebulous.
Roughly, the valley encompasses the southern San Francisco Bay Area including the cities of Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Santa Clara, Saratoga, San Jose and Milpitas.
Owning real estate in the alluring location called "Silicon Valley" is a prestigious experience.
When purchased wisely, real estate has proven to be one of the most lucrative investments one can make.
With high demand, low supply and so much to offer, it's no wonder Silicon Valley home values have held strong even through challenging times in other areas.
Los Altos used to be an agricultural town with apricot orchards, some of which still exist, like the ones by Los Altos town hall.
The summer cottages had mostly been replaced by ranch-style homes between the 1950's and 1980's.
Now, you'll see some very large, architecturally diverse homes taking place of the ranchers, owned by some of tech's wealthiest, thanks to Los Altos' location in the heart of California's Silicon Valley.
Los Altos is home to just under 31,000 residents, with very high median household income ($208,309 as of 2017).
Tucked quietly between Los Altos and acres and acres of open space lies the very prestigious Town of Los Altos Hills.
Once wheat farms and apricot orchards, Los Altos Hills is now one of the country's most affluent towns.
Land in Silicon Valley is sparse.
With Los Altos Hills' minimum lot size of one acre, it is a town where one can buy their privacy.
Being that Los Altos Hills has a ban on commercial zones, the only two commercial operations are the book store on the campus of Foothill College and the gift shop on the grounds of the Immaculate Heart Monastery of the Poor Clare Colettines.
