100% recommend! Taylor Ross is a beyond incredible realtor to work with. She went out of her way for us so many times. From viewing properties for us by herself and taking my parents to view them (we lived in New Mexico and couldnt make it into town), her precise and prompt communication, explaining every part of the process to us since we were new homeowners, and doing anything and everything to make this process extremely smooth! Shes amazing. Getting documentation completed, making decisions, and closing was so simple and stress-free because of Taylor and all her hard work.

Larry Mercer was an awesome realtor! He made his schedule extremely flexible for me, and he was able to show me all around Valdosta the weekend I visited. Even while I was not present in Valdosta, he was able to facetime me other houses I was interested in. He is extremely honest in his evaluation of houses and really looks out for your best interests. I would recommend him to anyone moving to the area.

Larry Mercer helped us sell our house in Lake Park. We live in Oklahoma, so we could not do any of the work needed to get the house ready. Larry did it all! If you are looking for a top notch local area real estate agent, Larry Mercer, is your guy. We moved back to Valdosta after being gone for more than 10 years. I live in Florida. Dedra Hughes sold my property in Barney Georgia in less than two weeks of being listed. She is very motivated and knowledgeable. Very military friendly! Larry Mercer helped my wife and I find a house in one day. He gave up his time on a Saturday because it was the only time I had to house hunt when we first PCS'd here. He showed us the houses we wanted to see, and helped us place a bid on a house that 4 other familiesnliked just as much as we did that same day. We won the bid and love our house! Larry helped us close in less than 30 days and struck a deal for us to move in two weeks early to help us save money from living in a hotel. Thanks again Larry!

Dedra was instrumental in selling our house! She helped us navigate a multitude of tiny vexing situations that continued to arise during the selling process and did it with a smile and a positive "we've got this" attitude. When we were worried Dedra was there to reassure us, when we were uncertain she was there to calm our fears, and when we received a back up offer she was there to negotiate the back up offer as well. There is NOTHING that Dedra cannot handle! I hope we never have to move from our current home but if we do Dedra will be my first call!
