Vantage Property Investors is a real estate investment and development company focused on opportunistic and value-add investment strategies throughout the Western United States. Our philosophy is to take advantage of the changing dynamics in commercial real estate and our knowledge of local markets in order to generate above-average returns, while focusing to limit the risk of capital loss.
