I had the most amazing first time home buying experience with this group. Melissa was recommended to me by a coworker (who also gave her high praise). Safe to say not only did she exceed my expectations but her whole team is amazing. They are all (and I can't stress this enough) SO HELPFUL. I worked directly with Brandon Prevette for all my showings. He was quick, efficient, responsive, put up with my many texts and requests for showings lol & really put me at ease during the process of buying my first house. In this market you have to put in an offer so quick (which was very nerve racking for me especially since I've never done anything like this before). On the few houses I considered putting an offer in on, he would talk with me through the pros and cons to help me make my decision & ultimately find the perfect house for me. & I did, I couldn't be happier with my new home. Even during the 30 day closing process after my offer was accepted Brandon met me at the house several times for various things like meeting contractors, etc. They made the experience way less stressful and honestly more fun. I truly can't recommend them enough.
