The monthly association dues are $365 per month which covers; water, sewer, Wi-Fi, Trash, snow plowing the streets, lawn mowing, Clubhouse use, irrigation water, and common area maintenance.
2: Can I rent my Chalet or Rv Site?
Yes, there is an on-site management company who can handle renting your Chalet or RV Site.
The rental management fee is currently 30-40% depending on the length of stay.
