We founded Sun Valley REALTORS Give in 2004 to expand a beloved Holiday Basket program into a broader foundation. Over 22 years, we have grown into a leading nonprofit that serves veterans, students, families, and essential workers. Our veteran housing assistance program offers rent support, firsttime homebuyer help, moving costs, adaptive modifications, and major repairs. We have delivered more than $60,000 in housing assistance to veterans throughout Blaine County. Our scholarship program provides $1,000 awards to seven graduating seniors each year, renewable for up to four years.
In 2025, we personally delivered 468 holiday baskets, bringing meals, toys, and hope to 468 families. Since 2026, we have helped eleven essential workers and families secure stable homes through our Community Housing Fund. We partner with BCCF and local businesses to ensure resources reach those most in need. Our board of directors, composed of dedicated volunteers, guides our mission with transparency and accountability. Veteran Housing Assistance
Our Veteran Housing Assistance program delivers comprehensive support to veterans in Blaine County, ensuring they secure affordable, stable homes. We provide rent help, firsttime homebuyer assistance, moving expenses, adaptive modifications, and major repairs to meet each veterans unique needs. Our goal is to eliminate veteran homelessness locally and empower families to thrive in their communities.
Scholarships
Our scholarship program awards $1,000 annually to local highschool seniors who demonstrate community service. The scholarship is renewable for up to four years, supporting students throughout their college journey. By investing in education, we nurture future leaders who will give back to the Wood River Valley.
Holiday Baskets
Our Holiday Basket initiative delivers personalized gifts, meals, and toys to children and families across the Wood River Valley. In 2025, we distributed 468 baskets, bringing hope and holiday warmth to 468 families. Our communitydriven program ensures that no family in the valley misses the spirit of the season.
Community Housing Fund
The Community Housing Fund partners with BCCF to secure stable homes for essential workers in Blaine County. Since 2026, we have assisted eleven families, including essential workers, in finding suitable housing. Our initiative promotes workforce stability and strengthens the communitys economic resilience.
Repair Fair
Each year we host a Repair Fair, selecting one veteran to receive comprehensive home repairs. Volunteer teams and local businesses provide services such as fence replacement, driveway grading, and new carport construction. The fair exemplifies community partnership, ensuring veterans maintain safe, livable homes.
