Services
As an Air Force brat, Chris spent his childhood in England, Seattle, Omaha, & Williamsburg, and upon graduating from college, has spent most of his adult life in Richmond.
Prior to obtaining his real estate license, Chris worked in marketing in the corporate world and co-owned a boutique toy store with his wife.
But even before officially entering the real estate world, and eventually becoming a broker, he had a passion for showing off the city to friends relocating and helping them find a great place to rent or buy.
Chris was an excellent realtor.
He was knowledgeable about pricing and marketing strategies for the Richmond area.
He gave great advice about how to improve/stage our house for showings and negotiate a multiple offer situation.
As a result of his hard work, we accepted an offer on our house for a great price in 4 days!
We are recommending Chris our other friends in the area!
Chris possesses a great deal of knowledge regarding both the local area and the mortgage process.
We found these qualities to be very beneficial as new residents of Richmond and first time home buyers.
Charming and updated contemporary home in the sought after Fox Ridge neighborhood of Williamsburg.
The main level features a bright and spacious family room w/vaulted ceiling that flows right into the dining room and kitchen.
Rounding out the first floor is a spacious owner's suite complete with an updated bathroom which has brand-new waterproof LVP flooring, a NEW custom dual sink vanity, and NEW faucets.
The two other bedrooms are on the second floor and share a sizable hallway bath which also has newer LVP flooring.
Talk to a Lender.
Before looking at houses, be sure to talk to your lender (your agent can usually suggest someone he/she has had good experiences with) and get pre-qualified.
This will help you and your agent determine your price range when you set up an MLS search.
What are you looking for in a home?
Make a list of your wants and needs.
Know that once you start seeing homes in your preferred location(s), that this list might change a bit due to the fact that location dictates price which in turn may cause you to tweak your criteria.
