HDH PARTNERS, INCORPORATED was established in 1983 to provide a national, focused, single source for real estate due diligence and comprehensive project services, and in 2007 we became HDHP, LLC.
The principals and project partners have a collective experience of over 130 years in the disciplines of real estate due diligence, acquisition, development, Architecture, Engineering, and development Management.
Major works include due diligence, analytical, design and planning on retail, office, high end residential, historic restoration, training, and destination resort/hotel development.
Our due diligence work has included some of the most prized commercial real estate in the U.S., such as Concourse Atlanta, Retail | Office in SoHo, Kyocera Atlanta, Wells Fargo Centre in Los Angeles, the Sweetwater Design District portfolio Atlanta, and Adaptive reuse of light indistrial assets.
We have undertaken such diverse tasks as the multiple site physical due diligence reviews for the Charles E. Smith REIT IPO, in Washington DC, and Vinings Investment Trust in Atlanta.
